xcsv does not accept returns or exchanges. Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed. It cannot be canceled nor changed.
(For select items) If there is an issue with size, please email: email@example.com with subject "Sizing | order #" and we can arrange an exchange for your correct size.
If you receive incorrect items, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org with subject "Incorrect | order #" please include a detail of item received and we can arrange a store credit or exchange.
Defective xcsv accessories must be sent back within ten (10) days of purchase for store credit or replacement only.
Customer name/email and shipping address must match. Any customer(s) that fail to follow this criteria will be refunded.
All orders are processed within 1-3 business day(s). Packages are sent via USPS Priority Mail, 2-7 business days (excluding holidays + weekends, and pre-orders [shipping time for pre-orders are specified in an item's description]). Once a tracking number is provided, any questions regarding your xcsv shipment must be directed towards the shipping service company.

Please use appropriate care. Avoid direct/prolonged contact with water, lotions, perfumes, + chemicals. xcsv recommends storing your jewelry in a box, drawer, or bag provided. Storing one piece per bag will help prevent tarnishing, scratches, + tangles.
Cleaning item(s) with tarnish remover or jewelry cleaner is not recommended.
There is no way to avoid fading when wearing costume jewelry. Fade + tarnish may happen over time with normal wear.
